EQUIPPING WITH LOW-NOx BURNERS THE 640 t/h STEAM BOILERS AT IERNUT POWER PLANT

In anul 2010 s-au executat lucrari de modernizare a cazanului nr.5. Conform caietului de sarcini intocmit de beneficiar, lucrarile de modernizare au urmarit reechiparea cazanului cu o instalatie moderna de ardere a gazelor naturale, care sa functioneze cu emisii reduse de NOx, de maximum 170 mg/Nm3 (O2=3%).

TERMOOPTIM a asigurat consultanta tehnica pentru incadrarea instalatiei noi de ardere in ansamblul instalatiei cazanului, asistenta tehnica la punerea in functiune, optimizarea exploatarii si executarea testelor de acceptanta pentru dovedirea parametrilor garantati.

NEW COMBINED HEAT POWER PLANT « ECOGEN-ENERGY » BUZAU

Centrala termica urbana «ECOGEN ENERGY» Buzau a fost infiintata ca societate de tip „producator independent de energie” si este o centrala noua de cogenerare, care utilizeaza tehnologie de ultima generatie si inalta eficienta.

TERMOOPTIM a executat servicii de inginerie tehnologica si consultanta tehnica la lucrarile de proiectare a centralei (proiectant ISPE-Bucuresti), alegerea echipamentelor centralei (selectie de oferte organizata de Romelectro S.A.), asistenta tehnica la punerea in functiune si in exploatarea centralei, executia testelor de acceptanta.

EQUIPPING WITH LOW-NOx BURNERS THE 525 t/h STEAM BOILERS AT SOUTH AND WEST BUCHAREST POWER PLANTS

The boilers started to function back in 1975-76 and had functioned over 30 years. In 2005 two of the boilers, no. 2 at West Bucharest Power Plant and no. 6 at South Bucharest Power Plant , were modernized and rehabilitated. During this process, the combustion equipment was replaced with modern equipment with reduced NOx burners provided by Mehldau & Steinfath GmbH from Hamburg, Germany. The execution was done by the consortium Romelectro - Mehldau & Steinfath - Energoutil Contact. Romelectro Bucharest was the general entrepreneur and the design was provided by ICPET-Steam generators Bucharest.

TERMOOPTIM provided technical consulting to incorporate the new burner into the boiler equipment, start-up and operational optimization and executed the acceptance tests to confirm the guaranteed parameters.

RETROFITING OF 420 t/h STEAM BOILERS AND EQUIPPING WITH LOW-NOx BURNERS IN BUCHAREST-PROGRESU POWER PLANT

In 2006-2007 boilers no. 2, 3 and 4 were retrofitted. The goal of the retrofitting was to reequip the boilers with modern equipment for natural gas and heavy oil combustion with low-NOx emissions in accordance with environmental Romanian laws and in compliance with European Union regulations for environment protection. At the same time, the new combustion equipment has been integrated in a combustion control and management system DCS and BMS type with latest technology.

RETROFITING OF 420 t/h  STEAM BOILERS AND EQUIPPING WITH LOW-NOx BURNERS IN BUCHAREST-PROGRESU POWER PLANT

EQUIPPING WITH LOW NOx EMISSION BURNERS THE 420 T/H STEAM BOILERS AT GALATI HEAT POWER PLANT

In anul 2008 s-au executat lucrari de reabilitare a cazanului nr.6 pentru functionarea numai cu gaze naturale si pacura, renuntandu-se la functionarea cu gaz de furnal si gaz de cocserie. Lucrarile de reabiltare au urmarit reechiparea cazanului cu o instalatie moderna de ardere a gazelor naturale si a pacurii, care sa functioneze cu emisii reduse de NOx, conform normelor din Uniunea Europeana.
Totodata, s-a asigurat incadrarea noii instalatii de ardere intr-un sistem automat de control si conducere a arderii tip DCS si BMS, realizat cu echipamente de ultima generatie.
Cazanul echipat cu noua instalatie de ardere a fost pus in functiune in lunile februarie-martie 2009.

MODERNIZATION OF THE COMBUSTION EQUIPMENT FOR THE 50 Gcal/h AND 100 Gcal/h HOT WATER BOILERS

CAF tip 4 de 100 Gcal/h si CAF tip 5 de 50 Gcal/h se confrunta in exploatare cu probleme dificile, mai ales la arderea pacurii: limitarea sarcinii termice, murdarirea rapida cu depuneri a fasciculelor de convectie si randament termic foarte mic.

TERMOOPRIM elaboreaza, pe baza experientei tehnice pe care o detine, solutiile ingineresti de modernizare a instalatiilor de ardere si imbunatatire a parametrilor de functionare, specifice pentru fiecare CAF

TECHNOLOGY FOR CLEAN COMBUSTION OF HEAVY OIL

The TERMOOPTIM technology for clean combustion of heavy oil is done by continuously sprinkling a liquid additive mixture in the air used for combustion. The sprinkling of the additive mixture generates fine powders containing active substances. The aerosols activate the combustion processes and then target the deposits on the pipes. The soot deposits are mainly reduced and stiff mineral deposits become brittle and non adherent by changing their structure.

TERMOOPTIM provides the technology transfer and complete services to implement this technology to any type of industrial boiler or heater.

TECHNOLOGY FOR CLEAN COMBUSTION OF HEAVY OIL

NOVEL SOLUTIONS FOR BOILERS AND INDUSTRIAL HEATERS

Cazanele si cuptoarele industriale care ard combustibili dificili se confrunta cu probleme deosebite in exploatare: formarea de depuneri pe suprafetele de schimb de caldura si coroziunea acida in partea finala. Depunerile formate si infiltratiile de aer conduc la inrautatirea randamentului termic si cresterea consumului de combustibil. De asemenea, cu toate masurile de diminuare a fenomenului de roua acida acesta nu poate fi complet evitat si este necesara inlocuirea frecventa a preincalzitoarelor de aer “clasice” (tubulare sau rotative).

Constructia modulara a PATT permite demontarea sau montarea unor randuri de tuburi termice din zona calda sau zona rece a preincalzitorului, astfel incat functionarea acestuia sa fie pusa in acord cu functionarea in ansamblu a cazanului sau cuptorului. Aceste operatii se realizeaza cu ocazia testelor de optimizare care se executa dupa punerea in functiune a cazanului sau cuptorului.

SOLUTII INOVATIVE PENTRU INSTALATII DE CAZANE SI CUPTOARE INDUSTRIALE

MODERNIZATION OF THE COOLING TOWERS WITH MECHANICAL DRAFT

Avand in vedere caracteristicile aerului ambiant, s-a prevazut reglarea automata a turatiei motoarelor electrice de actionare a ventilatoarelor de aer cu convertizoare de frecventa pentru asigurarea temperaturii dorite a apei de racire. In acest fel, consumul de putere electrica s-a redus foarte mult si totodata scade riscul de deteriorare a componentelor functionale prin evitarea inghetului pe timp friguros.

Componentele functionale noi au fost livrate de firma ROMIND T&G, iar ventilatoarele si echipamentele electrice si de automatizare de catre firma BEE SPEED.
